We specialize in secondary market appraisals done under the Uniformed Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) & the State of Tennessee. Appraisals are done to Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, or in house guidelines per client request. We promise to respond to your request for addenda, clarifications, etc.

We are EDI capable and can deliver appraisals by email (Adobe Acrobat / PDF)or thru Appraisal Port. Appraisals include digital photos and applicable maps and data.

We also offer evaluations, drive-by products, completion certificates (finals), construction inspections, and other custom services.

Lenders can use our link to the Tennessee Tax Assessor information to get the current tax values and information.
